Terms of Service Welcome to Entebbe Jetski Club, where we offer premier water sports equipment rental services in the Uganda. By accessing our services and using our equipment, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully before engaging with our services.

General Conditions Entebbe Jetski Club provides water sports equipment rentals, including but not limited to jetskis and safety gear, subject to availability. To rent our equipment, users must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid identification document. It is the responsibility of the renter to ensure that any person operating the rented equipment meets our experience and competence requirements.

Use of Equipment Users agree to adhere strictly to all safety guidelines provided by Entebbe Jetski Club. The renter acknowledges that water sports can be hazardous and assumes all risks associated with such activities. Furthermore, renters shall not use the equipment under the influence of alcohol or drugs and agree to use the equipment within designated areas as outlined by club representatives.

Reservations and Cancellations Reservations can be made online or in person. Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your chosen equipment. Cancellations made 48 hours prior to the reservation date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the booking fee, subtracting government taxes.

Liability and Indemnity Entebbe Jetski Club is not liable for any damages or injuries sustained while using our equipment. Renters agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Entebbe Jetski Club from any claims arising out of their use of rented equipment. Any damages or loss of equipment will also be charged to the renter based on market replacement costs.

Changes to Terms Entebbe Jetski Club reserves the right to revise these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services will signify acceptance of any adjustments or modifications.
